Privacy note: waiting list

This explains what happens to the details you give us when you join the waiting list.

What we keep

• Your name, email address and type of business.
• That you ticked the consent box, which version of the wording you saw, and when.

We don't keep your IP address, use cookies, or use analytics or tracking on this site.

Why

Only to tell you when Founder One Invoicing opens, and to understand which kinds of business are interested. We rely on your consent to do this.

Who sees it

Only Founder One. We don't sell or share it. The website itself can add names to the list but cannot read the list back.

How long we keep it

Until we've told you the app is open, and never longer than 12 months after you signed up.

Your rights

You can ask to see your details, correct them, or have them deleted at any time, and you can withdraw your consent. Contact: privacy@founderone.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
